ROLL DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
All rolls and tools that are used on the Olimpia 80 mills are internally designed and produced. Olimpia 80 has a special department that is equipped with modern equipment and skilled personnel. Thanks to that Olimpia 80 makes rolls for production of round, square, rectangular tubes and for others profiles. Tools are produced using high quality material that is provides by the best known steel makers and bronze with hardness not lower than 360 HB. All steel rolls, after the heat treatment, are rectified on the total surface.
